A summer in Show Low
It's been awhile since I have updated. I figured I better jump in here and take care of that.
My mom was here visiting for two weeks. Never thought she would make another flight but she did. Airplanes really do scare her. Unfortunately, I could not get her a flight straight through as it was just too expensive. But, she did good. They had wheel chairs for her at her connections and all went well both ways. Krazy and I had alot of fun with her. We even took her to a luau (sp) and she had a blast. A whole bunch of pictures were taken and alot of love shared. She really loved it up here and really didn't want to go home. My sister and brother in law will be retiring here in the next couple of years and we all are thinking of purchasing mega acres and put homes on the acres. We will live here in the summer as it is beautiful here and then maybe Parker's dam in the winter. Or maybe just a different place each year. Can't wait.
The monsoons are really bad this year. We have had harder rain than normal and a lot of heavy noise. Our skies have been rocking and rolling. In part, our garden is great but it seems to have messed up the bell peppers with too much water. It could also be the grass hoppers that have done it too. I keep killing them as they have destroyrd alot of my plants this year. We do have hundreds of tomatoes etc.
There are some new and exciting news flashes here within our family. I will email those needed and let them know. Also some possible news with my medical but again I will let those know that are truely interested. Then there is some sad news. That's life I guess.
