A Poem for Krazy
To My Daughter
God's been so good to me
For he gave me you
For a daughter and a friend
Some one to hold on to.
You're beside me when I'm lonely,
You comfort me when I cry,
You never try to judge me,
You just listen and hold me tight.
You make me so happy,
I laugh much more than I cry.
The skies may be cloudy
The skies may be blue,
But you're always there beside me
And together we get through.
God has given me so many loved ones
And I feel so blessed.
Each love is different and yet the same.
I couldn't say I love one more,
Just in a different way.
You each have a place in my heart
That will always be your own.
And even when we leave this world
That love will still live on.
So always know you're special,
Always know you're loved.
You're the sunshine in my life,
You're my guiding light.
